We’re committed to giving back to the community in which we work and play. We are also dedicated to supporting our employees’ desire to develop, grow and volunteer.  In an effort to empower staff and positively impact local non-profits in Portland, we’re launching a CRG Employee Volunteer Program.  Since studies show that volunteering increases employee engagement and productivity, we are actually able to strengthen our workforce by allowing them to take a little time off from work so they can make a difference in the community. Our Employee Volunteer Program will be twofold – as a group and individually.  First, we feel it’s important to come together as a company a few times each year and spend the day donating our time at local nonprofits and charitable organizations. This speaks to the heart of what we are doing by working as a community, which in turn strengthens our organization, to support a greater cause.  Secondly, we will provide each employee with a set amount of paid hours every year, which they can use at their discretion to volunteer on their own at a non-profit of their choosing.  We are excited to introduce this program and allow employees the opportunity to give back to our community.
